Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vp77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vp77 website, mobile web application, and all associated products and services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional or bonus features.

By accessing the vp77 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the vp77 platform and close your account.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail and be the definitive legal text in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on vp77, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any such person employed by vp77 or any of its associated companies or suppliers.
• You do not currently hold another active vp77 account, and you have not previously been subject to a permanent self-exclusion on the platform.

vp77 conducts identity and age verification checks on player accounts. These checks may be carried out at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any time the platform has reasonable grounds to question a player's eligibility. Requested documentation includes, but is not limited to, a National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid passport, or such other government-issued photo identification as vp77 may accept at its discretion.

Where vp77 determines or reasonably suspects that a player does not meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years, the account will be suspended immediately. All funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any winnings generated, which will be forfeited in full. vp77 will not pay any bonus, cashback, or promotional award to any player who is found to have been underage at the time of account registration.

Account Registration and Obligations

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active vp77 account at any time. If vp77 identifies that a player holds or has previously held more than one account — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in duplicate accounts will be voided and forfeited without recourse.

3.3 Account Security and Password Confidentiality

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vp77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other individual to access your account under any circumstances. vp77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you believe your account has been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify vp77 immediately through the live chat support channel or by emailing [email protected]. vp77 will take immediate steps to secure the account pending investigation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

vp77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays, account restriction, or closure. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with vp77's Privacy Policy.

3.5 Player Responsibility

By maintaining a vp77 account, you agree that all activity conducted via your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. You accept that vp77 is entitled to act on instructions received through your authenticated account session without further verification of the identity of the person issuing those instructions.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.5 Funds Ownership and Anti-Money Laundering

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are legally yours and have been obtained through lawful means. vp77 actively monitors transactions for patterns consistent with money laundering or other financial crimes. Where suspicious activity is identified, vp77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, request additional documentation, and report activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by vp77 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap for each specific bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows unless a specific bonus states otherwise: slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10%; sports betting wagers with odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%; crash games contribute 50%. 5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. vp77 reserves the right to decline, void, or withdraw a bonus offer where it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through multi-accounting, collusion, chip dumping, or any other form of promotional manipulation.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. vp77 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to use a bonus within its validity window.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on vp77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. vp77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement deadline, or affected by circumstances beyond the control of the platform. Settlement decisions made by vp77 are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 6.4.

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to delayed acceptance during fast-moving events. vp77 reserves the right to suspend markets, correct odds errors, and void bets where odds were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement. Bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, due to a data feed error — will be settled at the correct odds or voided at vp77's discretion.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino

All casino and live casino games available on vp77 use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer titles, physical dealing mechanisms overseen by human dealers employed by licensed studio operators including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. vp77 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any individual game round.

In the event of a disconnection during a casino or live casino round, the round will be resolved according to the game engine's records. Where a round is left incomplete due to a technical failure on vp77's side, the stake will be refunded to the player's wallet. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection during active game sessions.

6.3 Crash Games and Slots

Crash games, including Aviator by Spribe, use provably fair algorithms that can be independently verified by players through the game's own verification interface. Demo play is available for slots to allow players to familiarise themselves with a game's mechanics before wagering real Taka.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game round, the player must contact vp77 support within 72 hours of the disputed event occurring. Disputes submitted after this deadline may not be considered. vp77 will investigate all disputes promptly and provide a written response within 5 business days. The platform's decision, based on its server records and game logs, shall be final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vp77 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Fraud and dishonest conduct: Providing false information during registration or verification; using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods; engaging in chargeback fraud; making deposits with the intent to defraud the platform.
• Multi-accounting: Registering, maintaining, or using more than one vp77 account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic wagering patterns, arbitrage strategies, or collusion designed to achieve risk-free bonus extraction.
• Money laundering: Using vp77 as a vehicle to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. vp77 cooperates fully with financial intelligence authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or poker contexts to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the vp77 platform in a non-human manner or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive conduct: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward vp77 support staff or other players on any platform communication channel.
• Unauthorised commercial use: Using the vp77 platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised in writing by vp77, including systematic data scraping, odds comparison without permission, or affiliate activity outside the vp77 partner programme.

vp77 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the platform will act without prior notice, and decisions on account closure and balance forfeiture in such cases are final.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

Any player may request the closure of their vp77 account at any time by contacting live chat support or emailing [email protected]. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled according to normal rules, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may use the self-exclusion tools available directly within their vp77 account settings. Cooling-off periods range from 24 hours to 30 days. Players requiring a longer break may request a permanent self-exclusion through the support team. 8.3 Suspension or Closure by vp77

vp77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; inactivity (an account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated inactive, with the player notified by email prior to any action); or where continuing to operate the account would constitute a breach of applicable law.

Where an account is closed by vp77 for reasons other than a breach by the player, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Where an account is closed due to a player breach, vp77 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation and to recover any losses or costs arising from the breach.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of the vp77 platform shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable local law, the requirements of applicable local law shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
